To welcome our Diesel Motors Mercedes-Benz Ambassadors, a special breakfast event was created by The Perth Collective PR.

Guest arrived at an address on St Georges Tce and were then taken into the exclusively opened, historical Print Hall. They arrived to discover a styled long table and gifts from Diesel Motors Mercedes-Benz. Each Ambassador was also generously gifted a Kailis Jewellery piece to celebrate the occasion. 

On the Menu

The event included a 4-course degustation curated by the Gazette Head Chef. 

TO BEGIN

House made petite pastries
Valrhona chocolate & gold leaf croissants | lemon curd filo cigars |

SECOND COURSE

Mushrooms & Duck liver parfait on Toast: Sautéed Gourmet mushrooms, mushroom cream, porcini crumble with duck liver parfait, crisp pancetta, chargrilled sourdough

THIRD COURSE

Salmon, Caviar & Eggs: Tasmanian Huon Smoked salmon, lightly scrambled organic egg, salmon caviar & crisp kipfler potato

FOURTH COURSE

S-class sweet desire Caramelised banana, brioche French toast, chocolate espresso sorbet, blood orange syrup, seeds & nuts

BEVERAGES

Iced Tea -  Peach, raspberry, lemon, soda, mint

Virgin Espresso Martini - espresso, condensed milk, maple, walnuts, bitters

Fresh pressed juice, tea, coffee
