I’m Nikki Milne, founder of TPCPR

I started my career behind a hairdressing chair, not in a boardroom. I built my first business at 23, learned everything the hard way, and spent the next two decades figuring out what actually makes a brand grow — through real experience, real mistakes and real results.

That foundation is what The Perth Collective is built on.

Over twenty years, I've worked across brand strategy, PR, marketing and business growth, managing a portfolio of over $48 million in brands, building multiple 7-figure businesses, and advising some of Australia's most recognised premium and luxury names. I'm a national speaker, a mother of four, and someone who has never once confused busyness with strategy.

What I bring to every client is simple: I've been where you are, I've built what you're trying to build, and I know exactly what it takes to get a brand from where it is to where it deserves to be.

Nikki Milne is the founder of The Perth Collective and one of Australia's most experienced brand and business strategists with over two decades building, scaling and advising premium businesses across multiple industries.

Her career began in 2006 when, at 23, she purchased her first business a hair and beauty salon in Subiaco. What followed was a twenty-year education in what it actually takes to build a brand that lasts: managing teams, navigating financial pressure, and learning the craft of business without a safety net or a blueprint. She built multiple businesses from the ground up, several of them to eight figures, before founding The Perth Collective.

Today, The Perth Collective manages a brand portfolio of over $48 million, delivering PR, marketing and brand strategy for some of Australia's most recognised premium and luxury brands. Nikki is a sought-after national speaker in mid 2026 touring seven cities across Australia and New Zealand for L'Oréal Professional and works with a select group of brand founders and leadership teams as a strategic advisor.
